It’s been three years that the great Cheko Ruiz has been a part of our festival and we are so excited to have him back! Well-loved throughout Banderas Bay and beyond, Cheko is a singer/songwriter, musician and producer of indie, Latin and world music. His music covers the range of Mexican music – from rumba, hip-hop, reggae, samba and more.
In Cheko’s own words, “It has been many years of leaving my soul in my guitar and my voice in front of the microphone and I hope that the privilege of singing to you never ends. Because for me, being on stage is not just my job, it is a dream come true and I give my heart, song by song, because it is a tribute that I want to pay you, a thank you that goes from me to all of you. For you to listen to me is a gift, a joy, where I have the opportunity to give all the best of myself, note by note, and I hope to be able to continue to touch your kind hearts at every concert.
